The facility itself is alright and not bad for the price I paid for. The staff is hospitable and courteous except for the dining area. Also, the management have a sign that discriminates on men wearing sleeveless and open shirt but ok for women to do so. I asked the staff members why is the women allowed to wear sleeveless shirts but not men and their response was a weak answer that it is a policy. There was no specific reasonable explanation given to me. I was in a rush and hope I had more time so I can discuss this with their management.

One of the best deals in town!
The bad (just get it out of the way): - outside bar in the pool area was not staffed most of the time - wifi was atrocious in the rooms! Additional wifi repeaters would be a good idea - the selection of the dinner buffet is mediocre and definitely not worth the high price. - room did not come with a DVD player like most other hotels - bathroom did not have a fan that worked well. The good: - room were spacious and very comfortable - room was very well insulated from noise from outside - good breakfast buffet with a decent selection of food - the second restaurant had a nice selection of drinks/cocktails and a pretty good menu - the Century Tsukiji restaurant, also located in the hotel, had excellent Japanese food - very friendly staff - a very nice, large pool and an adjacent lap pool with three lanes - complimentary towels at the pool area - the lobby and lounge areas are magnificent with a lively atmosphere - great location. Only a 10 minute drive to SM Mall of Asia and Harrison Plaza, which was convenient for buying stuff at a supermarket or getting a decent pizza. Final thoughts: Century Park Hotel has the look of a 5 star hotel, and it may have even been one at some point. However, with features mentioned above, it's more like 3 1/2 stars. I hope in time they can improve upon the deficiencies. Overall, my stay was great and so was the price as well as the location. I do recommend this Hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Family bonding
It was an amazing stay at Century Hotel. One best thing about this hotel is they will let you borrow or used their wheelchair as you go around SM Mall and Harrison Plaza. We borrowed it for my mother who is not able to walk long distance anymore. A big thank you to Century Hotel. Breakfast is also awesome even tho the charge is a little bit high compared to other hotels I've been. A lot of food selection but no dessert. I would still come back to this hotel. Only comment is that their bed slides on the floor all the time so you cannot lean backward against the head board while watching TV of reading. So just be careful getting on and off of the bed as you might fall.
