Was no hot water when I took shower at 0500. Only provided 1 regular coffee for two people. Won't let me check in early like 0500 due to plane's early arrival.we use this hotel 2-3x a year.

Restaurant Service
restaurant/coffee shop service needs definite improvement. poor service and follow up, staff including management stand around chatting/doing noting while guests have to wave them down for a glass of wine/water etc. entire staff need to emphasize CUSTOMER SERVICE and not waiting to be WAVED down. this comment does not INCLUDE the Japanese/Chinese restaurant or the Atrium lounge. their service is execellent!

Never again!!
Bad start. I am a young single girl, first time to Philippines. So I made sure to set the hotel driver a week in advance to have driver there. Landed at night, no driver. Waited an hour after calling, took a metered taxi, who charged 500 pecos when was 160 going back airport. I showed checkin desk my emails and they said no driver was set, no matter the proof from the manager. Have to go through security and metal detectors any time you enter or leave hotel at all. Door blocked off to balcony since balconies are falling off in chunks. Wouldn't step foot on it when I saw it out the window. Online says music in lobby nightly, I was the only one there and they said only one night a week. Tried to get pool service and was told to have lunch in the lobby, the lobby restaurant said can't wear open toed shoes! What? Won't stay again...found much better way closer to airport, I travel 6-8 months a year, trust me on this one!
