Great location
I loved the location. I got off the train at central station and went up the escalator to the hotel before even leaving the station. Good buffet for breakfast and lunch. Poor wifi though.

Excellent Service & Location
I stayed for 5 amazing nights. The rooms themselves were great, but not amazing...however, the cleanliness, service, and location all combined for an incredible experience and would definitely revisit.

comfort, ease, great service team
We stayed in a king suite. The room was perfect for conducting business meetings. The hotel staff was amazing and the location in the city was perfect. I did purchase the breakfast included package and the only negative I can list is that the concierge level had the same breakfast everyday. After one week...it was too repetitive.

5 STAR
First Class property . . . 5 Stars and on par with Melbourne Sofitel. Can't remember much about Sydney hotel.

Disappointing
Although the room rate, which was discounted, was very attractive, everything else soon added to make the total bill much more expensive than many other similar quality hotels in Brisbane. Wifi was not included in the room rate and was charged by the hour or quantity of data used. Parking was very expensive at $47 per night for self-parking and $57 per night for valet parking. Breakfast prices very exorbitant for the buffet and as far as room service was concerned, even single plates, eg. Eggs Benedict was approximately $35. So, when you add parking, wifi and breakfast to the room charge, you would be much better off at many other hotels in Brisbane. Now, for our supposed fine dining experience. Unfortunately, it wasn't until we were finally seated at our table at "Privé" 20 minutes after our reserved time, because there was no one to clear and reset tables, that we read some review of the restaurant. It was long before we realised that others who had dined in this restaurant were spot on with their reviews. The menu was limited and very basic for the top restaurant of a 5 Star hotel. The wine list was quite extensive, but the wine we had ordered turned out to be unavailable. To top things off, the replacement wine only turned up after our entrees had arrived. Throughout the meal, no one came to refill our glasses, which was finally realised by one of the three staff who spent more time talking to each other. This was our first and last visit.
