Good 6.0
Reasonable room price offset by expensive food
Expensive on site amentities. Decor was nice but dated. Air conditioning in room was terrible. Would stay somewhere else.

Value for money
Good hotel but location is but outside of the city

Very Good 8.0
Natalie at the reception area was fantastic and very helpful for restaurants, things to do, and how to get around. The bellmen and doormen were the epitome of class and efficiency. The rooms (especially temp control) are clean but could be a bit more friendly for the foreign tourist who has little Japanese experience.
