Just okay
The A/C was temperamental and would not work consistently. Had to consistently turn on and off manually to stay comfortable. On the first morning at 6am we were all awaken to a very loud noise of someone screaming through a bullhorn outside our balcony. Apparently there was a race going on at the park next door and they continued to scream for the next several hours. I wish we would have been notified about this before check in and we would have changed our reservation. The maid was very nice and super sweet very helpful. Front desk staff was also very helpful and the guy working at the bar in the restaurant downstairs was also very nice.

Liked amenities and location of hotel. Enjoyed free trolley, tiki bar, gift shop, and pool. Lunch at the restaurant was decent. Did not know beach chairs and cabanas were additional charge at time of booking. Hotel needs to improve security. No key card needed for after hours access to public areas nor elevator to guest floors. Also did not see front desk staff past midnight. Made us feel uncomfortable.

Your staff is amazing. Everyone is happy, caring and helpful. Lobby is beautiful. Room, not so much. Very dusty and areas were actually dirty. I will not stay here again with all the other options in the area.

Beware! The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!
Worst hotel experience ever! And I travel a lot! This vacation was a leisure family vacation. When we arrived to the hotel we were shocked as it is so outdated and dirty. Arrived around 6pm and was not given any hotel info just handed our key. At 7 am the noise started. Banging on walls and at 8 our door was pounded on It was maintenance, we told them we were in the room four times and then they proceeded to enter our room. They said they needed to swap out the TV we were still asleep. I called the front desk and informed them and they told me we did not have a choice but to have our TV swapped out. We told them that was not an urgency of ours and asked them if they could come back the next day to swap it out. We put our do not disturb sign on our door & tried to go back to bed but the pounding and yelling from Maintenance continued. We got up & left to go to the beach which is a 20 minute walk from the hotel. As I walked outside of my hotel room they had sat the TV right in my walkway in front of my door and it sliced my leg open! See pics! While we were at the beach they entered our room and swapped out our TV. we had requested they came the next day while we were gone and they still entered our hotel room with our do not disturb sign on our door. As you can see right next to our room all the tools 7 maintenance The bed was so old it literally had a dip in it, hurt our backs so bad! The food was awful! The worst hotel stay ever! Beware and book somewhere else!
