It was ok / room clean but facilities of pool and gym poor , and all water supply lost one day and not dealt with at all well.So no cold or hot water which meant no showers , kettle water and no information provided.

we enjoy the room size, well surprised by the space. great location and view. in room dining was good, with some menu items were not really up to standard and a few problem with order items and not receiving the goods/storage of what you paid for - checking receipt important. However, the front desk did look after the mistake professionally, well done.

got charged for something we didn't have
This was our third stay at this hotel in 2022; the hotel itself was great, the room was spacious and clean. However, we got charged for some drinks from the mini bar after the last stay; we phoned the hotel after we arrived home about the charge; the first lady I spoke to was quite rude, but she told me she will speak to the manager and process the refund. After three days I called back the second time to check on the refund; the second lady I spoke to say the same thing, she will let the manager know and I should receive the refund after three days. Now it has been almost two weeks since we stayed at the hotel, still no refund to my credit card and no one is even answering the phone at the hotel. So, if you are thinking about staying at the hotel, maybe just make sure they send someone to check your room before you leave so you don't end up with an unwanted charge to your credit card.

Great Location on South Bank
Hotel in excellent location, staff very helpful. Down side was the only parking was valet at $55 a night, not told this even though I emailed them regarding parking.

Bathroom needs an exhaust fan. Bathroom vents need cleaning. Valet parking was slow on check out, long queue and wait times to get car back. The lift also wouldnt let us onto our floor. The breakfast buffett was happy to take our money but didnt say they closed at 10am, it was very rushed.
