Great, clean hotel
Very nice, very clean hotel with modern decor. You can’t beat the location and they have great restaurants right on the property. They also have a great pool. My only complaint is that the free WiFi internet access was incredibly slow. That being said, there were two levels of paid internet speeds available.

Horrible Customer Service
Front desk was awesome! Chinese restaurant service was horrible! Slow service is an understatement and they wouldnt allow us to keep our leftovers. Nightime valet was extremely rude and we had to get our own taxi. Casino staff was rude and doesn't allow you to play at the tables unless you are a V.I.P. So if your visiting, you will need to go elsewhere to spend your money. Will never stay here again.
