Comfortable and close to everything
Great hotel, close to Coors field and Ball Arena as well as right across the street from a grocery store, Starbucks and dispensary. Room was confidante and clean although I think it needed to be vacuumed as hair from the floor tracked to the bed. The shower was absolutely amazing, pool was pretty shallow but warm and clean.

Rooms not ready
Check in was disappointing. I had asked for adjoining rooms the day previous and had been assured that it would be no problem. We arrived at 2:45 and were told our rooms weren't ready yet. No big deal, we took the 3 kids to the pool for an hour. I checked back at 4:00 and they still weren't ready. So we changed in the bathrooms and took the kids to dinner. We had to leave all our bags at the front desk and they explained that they would call us when our rooms were ready. By 5:30 we still hadn't received a phone call about our rooms so we went back to the hotel to check. It was almost 6:00 when we finally got into our rooms. It was just super inconvenient to not be able to get into our rooms at the expected time as our event started at 6:15 and we needed time to get ready.

What am I am? Housekeeping?!
I had a 3 night stay and on the 3rd day I called the front desk 4 times asking for the linens and towels and the trash to be removed. Finally a man brought me towels, but didn’t take the trash or make the bed. Then I called again and the same person handed me the linens! I asked him: am I supposed to make my own bed? He just shrugged and walked away. Still no one had emptied the trash so I called the front desk again and then the front desk person- Elias? Came to my room snd removed my linens and emptied the trash. He was very nice. But when I am spending $367 a night i expect way better service! I am supposed to receive a credit for my 3 days if valet parking but I feel I should get 3 nights comped for future stays.
