10/10 Exceptional

Just wonderful.
I recommend this hotel very highly and without reservation. We arrived 3 hours before check in to see the Harry Potter matinee and they were able to give us our room. We were so grateful as it was such a hot day and we could relax somewhere cool before heading out again. It was set up to be a double but I was there with my teenage son and we returned after the show to find they had changed it into a twin beds and given us more bottles of water. All members of staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The hotel was lovely, clean, air conditioned and in a wonderful location just 10 min from the Palace Theatre and 10 min from Covent Garden. I would definitely book here again.

Lovely hotel, ideally situated near the shaftesbury theatre. Friendly staff. We got upgraded for free to a deluxe room which was lovely. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room but other than that it was perfect.

Overnight Stay
Overnight stay for a theatre trip. Found the hotel to be very pleasant and had an excellent breakfast before checking out. Enjoyed the coffee machine. Don't see too many of these in hotels. Overall, very good.

Brilliant Hotel
Excellent room and hotel. Great staff and facilities. Room was very good, better than the room in a 5 star hotel on our last stay in London. Only issue was -there is no free on-site parking contrary to what is advertised on Hotels.com website. This was a let down as we had booked hotel on this basis. However, there is paid parking nextdoors in NCP car park Holborn. Have raised this with the hotel management.

Good location but not good hotel
Front desk was very friendly and assisted us accordingly. Housekeeping was terrible as our rooms were not cleaned up. They basically replaced our towels and that was it. Water bottles were not refilled in my son's room. The hotel is tired and needs overhaul.
