So pretty, yet so dirty

This hotel is very pretty. But it is filthy. The carpets are not vacuumed, surfaces are not wiped, showers and tubs are not cleaned, nothing is dusted. We were given dirty towels too. We reserved a roll away bed, after being checked in for eight hours and asking repetitively, we weee told they were sold out. The front desk staff are incompetent. We were told someone would clean the room the first day, it didn’t happen. I had prepaid in full and the person that checked me in over charged me for a full night. This still hasn’t been corrected. The cleaning crew walked into my room on the last day without knocking and before check out time. I could rant for hours.
