Room was clean being from out of town I purchased food so i wouldn't spend so much money...but there was no microwave in the room very upsetting

Front office staff were very courteous and efficient. Took awhile to get blankets up to my room but not a big issue. Everything was handled very promptly and efficiently, with the right amount of friendliness. Enjoyable stay. Great location as well!

Had an Excellent 1 night stay in Downtown Md. Staff was very friendly and professional. The room was great,nice view.Couple minutes walk to the Harbor.Took a ride by scooter from the Hotel though. Prices was very affordable, with a number of choices. Thanks.

Sheraton Baltimore - Fun in the sun.
The entryway was spacious and clean. It was clearly marked where I needed to be to observe social distancing. The lady behind the reception counter, Zakiyan, was pleasant, helpful and very considerate of my well being by staying behind the plastic guard. This was a first trip so I needed advice and directions to all the sites. Zakiyan easily answered my questions as well as providing recommendations for food and site seeing. Excellent customer service.

I was very upset, it was my wife and I anniversary and i booked a harbor view room, and they didn't give us harbor view room. We had handicap room and my wife and I are not handicap. Very dissapointed, i paid for the harbor view and didn't get it.

It was fine for a one night trip. I booked harbor view and you could see the harbor if you looked to the left, but I wouldn't consider it harbor view. The room needed work. The furniture is chipped and the bathroom needed some upkeep as well. Other than that, staff was friendly and I felt comfortable under COVID conditions.
