Good Service but pricey and just a 3 star overall

The service was very good and the landscaping and cleanliness was very good. However, there were quite a few basic amenities that you expect from a 4 star hotel was missing. We paid more than $600 and the overall package was close to a 3 star hotel and did not meet the expectations and standards. Couple of problems with the stay - There is no room service facility and the restaurant is pretty far from the room. Especially for breakfast, you don't want to use a car during vacation. For breakfast, we were told to go to "Clubhouse" and there is absolutely no signs inside our outside the Clubhouse building - Internet was not stable - Few toiletries were missing - Room refrigerator was empty
