Pretty sad
Had guaranteed reserved king size bed and they was out. Had queen with only 3 pillows and no blanket. Just a sheet. The shower head was brooken and no hot water. Breakfast had only cofee and water no joices.

Budget Friendly
First room we were given was not cleaned, multiple guest were having this issue and rooms still being cleaned at a late check in time. Once moved to another room it was clean and everything seemed freshly renovated. Seemed as if some construction was still ongoing. Room was spacious and nice. If looking for something economical and willing to deal with a few things this is a good option.

The front desk staff was polite.This hotel needs major upgrades starting with the carpet.There are stains everywhere on the floors.There are new shower doors located in the stairway of each floor but not in the hotel bathrooms. The entire shower needs to be deeply cleaned or replaced, not just the door. The shower floor and walls had hard water stains that look like they may be impossible to remove at this point and it smelled like urine when we did our initial walk through upon arrival. We went to the local Supercenter to buy cleaning supplies just so that we could feel semi comfortable in the shower with flip flops on. The beds were made but the sheets were noticeably dirty. This location is in need of more towels and wash cloths because they don’t have enough to offer extra. The filter above the ice machine on first floor hasn’t been replaced or cleaned in a long time judging by the amount of debris on it. The water machine in dining room needs a new filter as well. The continental breakfast is struggling not that I would have ate anything anyway because there is also the displeasure of roaches joining you for your reservation.
