This hotel was a perfect place for all the things we planned to do we could walk to them even through we had a car. We were glad that we choose this hotel.
Check-in / Check-out process was not well organized and time consuming. Additional changes for basic WiFi is inexcusable at this point.
A bit dingey -- room had a weird smell, and the carpet and surfaces were in need of a serious refresh.
Westin is the perfect location if you are visiting LEGOLAND or the Aquarium. Having various restaurants, ice cream and shops in the same building is great too!
The doorman are super courteous and there is even a shuttle to take you downtown.
