A great experience
We had a great experience staying at Palazzo Sovrana in Palermo. First of all, the room is very clean, modern, and well maintained. Our room even had a small kitchenette with dishes. We had two different amazing views: one was of Massimo Theatre which is right in front of the hotel and the other one was the via Bara and Via Maqueda streets views which are very vibrant and alive all night long. Secondly, the staff is very friendly, communicative, and helpful. Paola and Philip used to answers our texts very quickly and always had great suggestions for restaurants, places to vist, and the best gelateria. Paola took us to our room and showed us everything. Thirdly, it's located in a great location and is walkable and safe during the day and night. We can not wait to come back to Palermo and Palazzo Sovrana.

I loved the Palazzo Sovrana. It was in the best location in all of Polermo. The staff was incredibly friendly, hospitable and helped with all of our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!!

The Palazzo Sovrana is a wonderful place to stay in Palermo. My only regret is that I did not have the opportunity to stay there longer. The staff is extremely responsive and helpful and quick to offer dining recommendations. Very clean, stylish rooms and unforgettably well situated in Palermo.

I loved the location, right in the heart of the city and walking distance to shops and historical attractions. Property was clean, modern and comfortable. Only negative is that because this property is in the heart of the city, there is a lot of street noise at night. It's a trade off for being right in the middle of everything. My suggestion is download a white noise app and stay here.
