Great hosts, great beds, free parking
I loved this place, the hosts were brilliant. It is a real traditional b&b where the hosts live downstairs. They are super accomodating and have great stories to share. The bed was comfortable, this felt like a home from home.

Was very welcoming room was clean and tea coffee on hand, also all the plugs had USB sockets very handy if you forgot your charger but have a cable

Very friendly and welcoming couple run this establishment. Excellent breakfast and a clean and comfortable room in a quiet area. Great location for exploring the local country side as it is on the Tunbridge Well s Circular route.

We enjoyed a very nice stay over the August Bank Holiday weekend. We found our hosts to be very warm and accommodating. There was a lovely view of the garden which we admired whilst eating a very good breakfast. Our room was spacious and the en-suite shower was pretty decent. We found the bed softer than what we are use to but since our stay was short this did not affect our sleep. If we are ever in that part of the world again, then we’d happily stay there again.
