Inconvenient accessbility, must call owner to open lobby door n press lift to go up. If stomachache or urgent needto toilet, no toilet at lobby, good luck then! Can't use gym & swinming pool. Ants in the kitchen and washing area. Cockcoach on dining table. Hair stuck to bathroom wall. Netflix not accessible and you have to useyour own account to get in. Only internet tv and can't watch local channel.

Cheater - 사기꾼
After I have arrived in Ho Chi Minh City, the owner of this place (I doubt if she was the real owner) informed me that she is sick and can not open the door of this place for me. Then she recommended another place in a place far from where I wanted to stay, much cheaper area. I asked her to cancel my reservation and she agreed. But I found out that she did not cancel it and charged to my credit card. I went through extra trouble to get it refunded. Terrible owner. I was very busy and forgot to report this issue. But it is time. 이 장소로 사람을 낚은 다음에 베트남에 도착하면 더 싼 7군의 장소로 오라고 유인합니다. 절대 여기 예약하지 마세요. 예약 취소한다고 했더니 취소 했다고 하고는 카드청구를 합니다. 사기성이 농후한 사람입니다.

Overall is good
I did not receive message after I book so when I arrive I am unable to contact staff to pick me up. Lucky I got help from other tenant. Also living room does not have aircom.
