Checked in at the apartment @ 9pm. The apartment wasnt clesned the rubbish of the previous guest was still inside the room, the bed wasnt made the toilet bowl was filthy and the wet towel are still inside the bath room. Rang ebookers and reported managed to speak to the property owner given another room (402) and when we checked the room it is slightly cleaner than the previous one (601) there are still rubbish on top of the kitchen top and rubbish bin, checked the bed , to my horror there is a pubic hair on the bed. Rang again the ebookers and the management was told theres nothing yhey can do coz its nearly midnight. The following day went put to explore osaka csme back to the spartmwnt at 9pm the room was still the same it wasnt touched st all, it wasnt cleaned. Reported again and i was told the management is still waiting for the clesning vompanys confirmation. Peace of advice avoid it at all cost
