There was only 1 towel in the bathroom, 1 water bottle, no shampoo or shower caps. The phone was not working. The chef handles all vegetables used to make eggs with his hands, no gloves were used.

Great location and access to the mall. They had no power in the rooms so was failing to do my conference calls for 4 days because I could not charge my laptop. Albeit the power cuts in SA they should have provisioned for this risk.

The property looked extremely old and warn out. The room smelt plus had stains on the carpet. The facilities at the hotel were very limited. It really felt like Southern Sun were in the process of closing this hotel
