Der Service mit Blick auf die Nutzung der vermeintlichen Spalandschaft lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Sauna ist geschlossen ab 20 h, stattdessen werden auf der Zimmerkarte sowie im persönlchen Gespräch andere Öffnungszeiten in Aussicht gestellt. Das Wasser im Pool ist nicht wie vorgegeben temeperiert. Und auf Ansprache begegnet man äußert herablassenden Mitarbeitenden und Vorgesetzen, die sich nicht selbstkritisch hinterfragen. Insgesamt erwarten wir für 169 Euro pro Nacht Verläaslichkeit und etwas Entgegenkommen, wenn schon vorzeitig die Anlagen heruntergefahren werden, um zu spare . Wir können die Unterkunft vor dem Hintergrund nicht empfehlen.
