I love the hotel staff super friendly and helpful the room was super clean and beautiful, the breakfast buffet was excellent they surprised me with a beautiful cake and singing happy birthday to me😍the only bad thing is the tv has only 1 channel in English and at night you can heard the loud music from the night clubs or restaurants.
Pros: beautiful huts/grounds, beach location Cons: food was ok, very loud late night music from bars close by
What a wonderful place to stay! The location is stunning, on the beach, lush tropical gardens with a mountain cliff backdrop, just WOW! The bamboo bungalows are cute and comfortable and clean with nice bathroom fittings. The staff were friendly, helpful and unobtrusive. The pool was very clean and the cocktails at the pool bar amazing. Yes there is noise coming from the nearby bars at night but they stop at 1am, so either join in or use your ear plugs but to be honest after the first night you get used to it. You can sleep through the noise no problem if you don't let it bother you. We would go back in a heart beat and did not see anything else on Phi Phi better than this property. We were there for 2 weeks and did not want to leave. Highly recommended!
The hotel gave you the feeling of being on an island which we loved! The pool was great and the beachfront was unbeatable - renting kayaks complimentary was a plus. The drinks and food were extremely cheap and the drinks were great, the food was adequate but nothing special. We loved having our own private villa - the only downfall is you have little to none privacy as you can hear EVERYTHING. We would hear all the conversations of the couple next to us. We also didn’t spend too much time in our room so this wouldn’t be a breaking factor for us. Overall it was a wonderful experience!
We loved the island and these huts were unique. The staff was friendly and the grounds at resort we’re beautiful.
Excellent resort with very unique bamboo hut accommodations and picturesque views. I loved stepping out of my room in the morning right onto the sand. Location is excellent, right on the more secluded end of the beach. The resort provides kayaks, and it’s a very journey to monkey beach. When the tide is high, there is a stretch of beach that is completely covered by water, making the walk back to the hotel from the fire shows and beach parties a little challenging, but I managed to to it with no problem as the water is only about knee high. Overall an excellent and very unique resort — if I find myself back in Phi Phi I will surely stay here again.
This place is amazing! We stayed for 2 nights in December 2019 and wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was so nice and checked us in early on the first day. Breakfast is amazing, and the restaurant is great for dinner, etc. The pool is incredible and right on the beach. We took (free) kayaks out to see the sunset which was unbelievable. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
Great location. Matched photos. Great bamboo bungalows.
There was a smell that my husband kept trying to convince me was for mosquitos. They only gave you one key, you need 2 (1 to keep in the slot to keep the AC running as it is so hot in Thailand and the other to lock your door). They bar next door was loud at night, such a nuisance. The room was small. We kept the door to the bathroom shut as you could sometimes smell sewer and it was not completely confined and the top had wire around the edges.
Fantastic staff and a great location at the end of a beautiful stretch of sand. A little noisy in the evenings so bungalows further away from the entrance and street would be a better bet if you're looking to chill.
