Tranquility
We were extremely happy with our stay checking was easy at first when we got there they gave us a double bed instead of one single king-size bed but they were very helpful and they got us a perfect room and upgraded us to a suit so we were very happy with the service and our stay. We will def go back again during the summer

Disappointing
The location and resort were beautiful and really spacious. The staff was short and it appears that the ones covering multiple areas were not certified to be In those areas. The deep tissue massage was not what I expected, I was told my massage was going to be done by a female but a man showed up that lacked experience or maybe was not even a certified massage therapist. The 25 percent discount was not given. The place was unsanitary, the staff continued to blame the short staffing. The Jacuzzi and sauna was not working and the pool was extremely cold.

This is my second time at this property. I do like the tranquility and overall staff. The breakfast is amazing. It does need better cleaning people. There was a shampoo and sunscreen left in the bathroom shower from previous guest i didn't complaint because the room overall seemed clean. But that disappointed me. Would i be back. I am not sure.

Great experience. Only there for a night. It’s a big resort that probably had significant volume pre-covid and, like everyone else, is trying to battle back. Very few people there on a weekend, but I can imagine huge crowds when this whole covid bs is behind us
