Worst trip ever
I was extremely disappointed in the fact that the pool was closed the bowling alley was closed and also the rooftop bar was also closed the worst MOTHER'S DAY and night celebration for my wife of over 33 years was the nightmare of all time in our trip too the aloft

Television service was out. Was nit made aware until check in. Seems like a phone call could have been made prior to our arrival so that we had the opportunity to cancel. Staff was unapologetic about this. Also hotel had a weird odor. Breakfast service was unclear and was never even mentioned to us. Would not stay here again. Not worth the cost of a room

The bathroom light only worked if the master switch was on but that turned on all the lights and wasn’t convenient. A/c unit was crazy loud and kept waking us up. Neighbours (upstairs or downstairs or beside - not sure) were smoking weed so our room smelled of weed starting about 10pm

I feel the rooms are way over priced, especially when you have to pay for parking besides the room cost. Also no breakfast or drinks included. I’ve stayed in just as nice hotels in the past for better than half the money, with parking and breakfast included!
