Best location on Moorea with the best beach (IMO).
Fare Club is on the the former grounds of Club Med. The entrance is directly across from the information booth at Le Petite Village with its restaurants, markets (2), bus stop (buses in both directions end at this point). The beach is great (soft sand) with good snorkeling off to the right and it faces 2 motus which you can swim too (I did) or rent a kayak or paddle board. We were visited by sting rays here, and snorkeled with sharks and eagle rays further out.The accommodation is nice and simple, has fans, plus a small fridge. Breakfast consists of (bread, juice, tea, jam), at the communal kitchen. You can of course supplement with food of your choice. Louise, Francis, and Tama are very nice and if you need help ask and they will do their best to assist you. Louise helped us book a tour and had a copy of the bus schedule (times are flexible) which we took pictures of as we rode the bus several times.

If you're looking for a place with Tahitian vibes, this is it. Very simple bungalow but comfy beds. No a/c but the floor fans were enough at night. The nearby beach is beautiful. Walking distance to little grocery store, little restaurant/roulotte A l'Heure du Sud ( be patient as service can take a while ). Simple breakfast includes milk/coffee/tea/ fresh baguettes and butter and yummy locally made jams. Some bungalows are home to locals, and in Tahiti the day starts early ( be prepared for a little noise - cars, people chatting ). Also lots of roosters that don't differentiate day from night, which is part of the local life ( if your'e a light sleeper, I recommend bringing ear plugs ).

The Staff were amazing!! So kind and gracious. Very helpful. We even left one morning without breakfast and told them we would be back. Even though we returned after the breakfast hours they still served us. Property had everything we needed. As far as the room it had what we like in a room.... hooks, shelves, charging adapters, towles, warm water, and a fan. Great place and very cost effective while in Moorea.

Very Good
Our family bungalow was large and comfortable with private bathroom with hot water. Breakfast with coffee and baguettes are included. The property is located right across from the Pepite village, where the bus stops and local grocery store and restaurants are located. I would suggest bringing a flashlight/torch for walking at night. As they get more established with this business, I am sure more work around the grounds and beach area will bring this property up to tip top shape!
