Arrived at 2:15pm and took 45mins to line up for check-in, it was very slow. Breakfast and swimming pool access require advanced booking, approached to the counter upon check-in, found that the only available timeslot for breakfast was 7-9am while 9:15-11:15am was full already, for swimming pool access, the earliest time slot was 6:30pm-7:30pm. We had no choice but booked immediately and need to reschedule our original dinner booking. Had no idea why bookings were so full even we were supposed to be the first batch of check-in customer, tried to ask at the staff but no one can provide a clear explanation. We lined up outside the pool at 6:15pm, one staff told us the upper pool was scheduled to open at 6:30pm, they released us to go in and while customers enjoyed the pool time, one staff suddenly blowed a whistle and requested ppl who already jumped into the upper pool need to leave the pool immediately, the reason was due to not enough staff to work at the pool. That was ridiculous! The maximum no of ppl at pool access is 79 per explained, but then, from what we observed, there were more than 120 ppl all stuck at the lower pool! Again, a few ppl checked with staff and no one can explain. Next day check out at 11am, check-in counters were fully packed, it was shocked ppl can check in even before 11am, this can explain our bad experience past day and UNFAIR arrangement to customers who entered during official check-in time. I think hotel must look into these matters seriously.

Check in and out time is so straight. No allowance to extend a bit even we checked out on a week day. Check in time at 3pm but request the guests to check out at 11am. Dripping sound in the toilet. Very annoying during bed time.

The hotel is new, clean, beautiful and steps from the entrance to Ocean Park. The new train line makes an easy commute to the other side of Hong Kong. The bed was comfy and the breakfast great. Sadly, the people at reception were cold, rude and not very helpful. They KEEP THE HOT TUB COLD for some odd reason. So, unless you're visiting around summer, the beautiful pool is very cold and the hot tub isn't usable. Even super-cheap hotels enable guests to heat the hot tub. So disappointing!
