Check in, very friendly. Then….floor in room FILTHY! We had to keep our shoes on the entire time. Bug problems. Breakfast, we waited 30 minutes after they listed after opening and nobody showed up. Lobby, hot and humid.

I asked for a room on first floor or the use of an elevator. At check in I was told no elevators and we had a second floor room. No first floor rooms were available and I was told me there were only six stairs to climb. Not true it was a full flight. We are in our 80s and have difficulty maneuvering upstairs.

Family Reunion in Costilla. The three rooms were dirty, lots of webs, towels were hard, bed covers dirty. The bar tender was snotty. Just a terrible experience overall. We asked for room service every day and never did we get clean rooms. Thanks but no thanks!!
