This place is a beautiful setting with a lot of potentialities. However, the maintenance is poor, the maintenance appears to be scarce, and in consequence the infrastructure is deteriorated, neglected and the potentialities are not fully exploited. The staff seems to have poor qualification and their attitude to clients is rude and incapable to do something for the clients to feel better, or simply apologize when a complain is presented. I enjoyed my stay there because is a beautiful place very conveniently located in one of the best sectors of the city, but I believe that the owners and managers have a lot more to be done to make their guest completely happy. The internet service was almost unavailable during the whole stay, irrespective that this is one of the amenities that is offered in the expedia app. There were evidently on intentions by the staff to resolve this. Our stay was people in the room and they refused to give more than one key and for the rooms to be cleaned you have to request the service and leave the key in the reception, is not a daily and standard activity like must be in a hotel like this. The price is great, and I can understand that is a cheap hotel, but I believe that the owners and managers could do many things to keep the property in good condition and that even at this price, they could do more for the service and the guests/
