    Being an island city, Galveston offers easy access to sandy beaches fronting the Gulf of Mexico, such as East Beach, Galveston Beach, and Porretto Beach. The immense pyramids of Moody Gardens feature rainforest wildlife, exotic plants, and immersive theater experiences. For families, there are science exhibitions that’ll expand the minds of both kids and adults.
