"A well maintained, clean, and cutely decorated hotel with wonderful staff! Came for impromptu beach weekend and found the Palm Suites to be as promised. The private balconies and board.walk were special features. "

"Wonderful stay"

"Our stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The property itself is beautiful, with a fantastic beachfront location and a well-maintained pool area that made for a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The on-site restaurant exceeded expectations—not only was the food excellent, but the staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive. There were, however, a couple of minor issues worth noting. The design of the shower made it quite difficult to use without water spilling onto the bathroom floor, which required extra towels to maintain safety and prevent slipping. Additionally, we experienced intermittent internet connectivity issues throughout our stay. Reliable service was only available on the balcony or in the pool area, which became inconvenient at night when we primarily needed access indoors. Despite these small inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would return again. The friendly staff, great amenities, and ideal location more than made up for the challenges."

"The staff was amazing! The front desk person was thoughtful and helpful. I took a red eye and called to try to get in early. She took my number and called as soon as the room was cleaned so I could sleep. Above and beyond for sure! "

"Great place to stay! Easy boardwalk walk to beach. Lots of fun extras like cornhole, ping pong, bikes, and comfy seating. Owner even has towels, umbrellas, toys, sunscreen, and chairs you can borrow for beach. Very friendly environment. "
