"Lovely room in converted buildings. Danielle is a helpful host. When we arrived, our two dogs were not allowed to stay with us in the room or allowed into property. We had communicated they were travelling too but received no message back to say dogs were not permitted. The owner found them a stable to sleep in. Simple breakfast available, overpriced for what it was, but tasty enough. Room was very comfortable with plenty of space. "

"Our room was lovely with great views of the lake. You could walk, cycle or run straight from the room. There is clearly more demand than the hotel can cope with for the restaurant. We were unable to book during our 3 night stay. Why doesn’t management open more options. They could also dot sun loungers around rather than having to go to the venue next door. Hate resorts that charge for spa usage. It should be included in the room rate."

"Ok, given that it was ”cheap” (would you consider 104€ for 1 night, 2 breakfasts and 2 dogs in November cheap?) guess it was ok. At least it was relatively clean, apart from mold in the shower. Other than that it was far from photos on the Hotels.com website. Cold & OLD"

"It's an ideal hotel for early morning flights from Charleroi Airport as they provide a free shuttle service from early morning. The room was small but adequate. The staff were helpfull."

He put all of my luggage in the room, brought me a fan to use and offered to take me to the grocery store. It was his decision to allow me to change to a hotel next door because he wanted to ensure I was very comfortable while I slept. This is not common to have this type of customer service, especially since I ended up not staying. But his...

"Absolutely shocking. Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property. Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!! Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful...
