We really enjoyed our stayed here at Sheraton JB. All the staffs services were excellent. We had a twin bedrooms and King bedroom adjourned together. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We also had the buffet breakfast for both days. Just a little suggestion on the Nasi lemak rice can have some improvement.

Our stay at Sheraton was wonderful. The facilities are so clean and good. Hotel staff were friendly. Special mention to the manager Sri Jivan and team. Breakfast was very good. Our dinner at the restaurant was also sumptuous.

The hotel room was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was well-stocked with tea and coffee, and the bathroom was impressively spacious. The bed was sturdy, firm, and comfortably sized, ensuring a good night's rest. One improvement I would suggest is having a longer sofa that could double as a sofa bed for families travelling with teenage children. Additionally, the window was quite dusty and had some stains, which detracted slightly from the overall experience. That said, the view from the room was lovely and made up for it. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and excellent service.

Room was spacious, clean. Baby cot was in bad shape. Disappointed for Sheraton Brand and a new property. Worst is parking because it shares same parking with the shopping complex. Saturday on arrival we were caught in massive traffic at the parking entrance. We chose this hotel because of location, but this will be out last time to stay here. Will go back to our fav hotel Double Tree Hilton.

Nicole from Front office was very helpful and kind. When I was booking the room, the hotel showed bathtubs. However only certain rooms with higher pricing had the bathtub attached. I didn’t know that until we went in the room late evening as we were out shopping one whole day. No bathtub in the room. We wanted to soak our feet and body. When we went down to reception, we met Nicole and I told her I thought the room had bathtub. She explained that only certain rooms. She was very kind to check if there were rooms available with a bathtub. She came back after checking and allowed us to change rooms without any extra charge that has a bathtub attached. So kind of her and it certainly made our night an even more memorable. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of staying in Johor Bahru.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) Had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Johor Bahru. The check-in experience was smooth, and the front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming, which set a great tone for the stay. Their service throughout was attentive and professional — really made us feel taken care of. The room was big, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The gym was impressively clean and well-equipped, with everything you’d need for a solid workout. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast selection, which I found rather average compared to other Sheraton properties — would be great to see more variety or local dishes added. Overall, a very good stay with excellent service and comfortable facilities.

Went on a last min staycay on the weekend of 9 to 10 Jan. My family of 4 was lucky enough to get the last available Family suite. We were promptly assisted with our luggage by the staff at the reception. Check in was attended to by a smiley lady at the counter. Dennis who I think might be the manager on duty graciously allowed me to choose a complimentary cake from the hotel restaurant when he found out it was my bday which was a nice gesture. The room was beautifully designed especially the children's double deck bed and bathtub area. My kids loved it. We also got a complimentary bfast at the lounge the nx morning. Requested for a late check out but as the suite was quite limited, it was not possible. However, the hotel kindly offered a spare hotel room for an additional 2hrs hours to use for free as my son had his zoom online tuition class. I really appreciated this as the rest of the family could still rest while my son was having his class. Once the attached mall is open downstairs, I'm sure Sheraton JB will be more popular among Singaporeans since it's also near to the CIQ.

Air-con control panels in some rooms are spoilt and do not work. Cannot adjust blower speeds or temperature. So air-con in my room was stuck at 19 Deg Celsius at highest blower speed. Technicians were not able to fix and repair the panel. When I requested for a change of room due to the spoilt air-con panel, front desk staff were very reluctant and unwilling to help. The front desk staff did not understand that the spoilt control panel was a big problem as we were freezing in the room, even using the duvet did not help. I had to explain and persuade and convince them that it was a big problem. Only after waiting almost 2 hours, did they agree to change the room for me. Service staff in restaurant were also slow and inexperienced. Took a long time for them to clear dirty plates and replenish food and drinks and cutlery at breakfast buffet.
