"Booked for the walking location for the July 4th fireworks at Gas Works. Room was large and spacious, bed was so-so and pull out couch was average but doable for kids. Breakfast is included and it was fine- nothing fancy- but kids liked the waffles."

"I saw the mid range review and had doubts, especially considering the value, but can vouch 10/10 this location is superb and I cannot believe pricing for a single room. Management is off site and there were a few things I needed help with but the manager responded within 15 min. Absolutely will stay here again. Great style, unbelievable location and affordable prices for a hip Seattle neighborhood."

"The Hotel is such a great location for the UW! Great shops and food all in walking distance, too. The Pointdexter cafe that is part of the hotel has wonderful coffees and great healthy breakfast options that were so appreciated! The hotel itself is such a fun, quirky vibe and had a great view from our room to the water. Will stay again if visiting UW!"
