"Our room was not ready but their house keeper did not show up. It was ready when we returned from our event at 10pm. Bed was clean, The whole floor had a lot of debris, bathroom sink was very dirty. There was a door in our room that would not lock and kinda creepy. Air conditioning worked great. Good for one night stay and not sure I would stay again. Thank you!"

The hotel is great, the breakfast is delicious, the pools are fun, the indoor outdoor hot tub is lovely and the staff were so helpful and kind. I’ve been to the Dells 5 or 6 times and this was the best accommodations I’ve experienced in the Dells."

"We booked a last minute couple of nights at Natura for our family of 4 and 2 guests from the UK, and we loved it so much we booked an extra night. You can use the whole range of parks and for $100 a night it presented incredible value. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful, location was great and we enjoyed using all the other hotels and parks Rooms were renovated and no frills but clean and comfortable. Amenities amazing. We'll be back"

"Easy Parking. Fun for our family with teenagers but we saw group activities with little ones as well. Lots of food options and nice gift shop. Prices comparable to others. We bought a pizza for $20. Water park is great even with it being too cold to go outside. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! "

"The Riverview is spectacular, the hot tub and indoor pool were really exceptional for a hotel. It is right on the Lake walk within walking distance of the main street in town. Altogether a very nice stay. It is especially affordable in the off-season."

Amenities are limited—free hot beverages, shampoo/conditioner packets available by request, and older, dated, not-quite-vintage decor. But this is reflected in the price: It’s not as eye-wateringly expensive as many Dells locations. Good value. "

"Stayed for 3 nights, hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Great location close to everything you'd want to see and do but not close enough to be stuck in traffic. They had a breafast buffet with eggs, hasbrowns, waffles, pancakes, donuts, muffins, cereal, juices, and coffee. Only downside we saw was the shower in the handicapped accessible room was pretty small and water got out of the shower curtain easily. Would definitely go back."

"My husband and I stayed with Club Wyndham for the first time at the Wilderness Glacier Canyon Lodge. Our four night stay was nothing but pure bliss, and we definitely plan on coming back! After check-in we were told about some of the benefits Wyndham timeshares had to offer and were asked if we would like to attend their tour, but we were not interested at the time to which they had no problem with and told us to enjoy our stay!
