"Room a little dated, however clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast perfect. Location is close to everything. Parking permits were supplied by the guest house, however had to park a walk away from the guest house. Overall a good stay."

"Stayed for one night as i am a courier driver and had a drop in hastings the following morning,just managed to arrive on time as check in finished at 7.30pm.Room was very clean and dining room was top class,would stay here again - highly recommended."
