"This was a lovely choice to stay in North Devon near Bideford and particularly for me for visiting RHS Rosemoor. The property is very close to all sorts of attractions plus the coastal path. The easy parking felt very safe to leave the car and my room was compact but very well appointed with a superb wet room, dressing gowns, kingsize bed, choice of pillows and a generous amount of tea/coffee etc. The continental breakfast is delivered to your room and was beautiful and plentiful and varied...

"A toilet flush issue on arrival at my room which I mentioned to reception on my way for dinner in the bar. A guy came and found me to say they were unable to fix it that evening and so would like to move me. He offered to move all of my bags while I finished dinner. I was so grateful after a very long drive that day. He was great at breakfast one morning too, really efficient and a credit to the team. "A peaceful and well presented little holiday park. The grounds are really well looked after. The bungalows have everything you need for a comfortable stay. For a family of 5 and a dog it was perfect for us. Also has 2x fished small lakes , a secure dog paddock aswell as free roaming chickens with fresh eggs also rabbits and goats and 2 x tortoise. Well positioned too only 20 min drive to Bude Beach which was fantastic. 100% would stay again. Thank you Lisa & Paul."

"Very friendly welcome and lovely spacious room. A thermos of fresh milk was ready for us every evening on the reception counter for tea/ coffee in our room the next morning. Breakfast was delicious with excellent selection of fruit, yoghurt, granola and choice of cooked breakfast. The location is excellent too. A short 10 minute walk and you're on the beach at Instow. Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. "
