"Very cute place, comfy bed, nice shower and tub in the Damon room. We walked to Jacob’s Pavilion for a show and to West Side Market for shopping so the location was perfect. Loved that the parking was free and gated at night. Overall an excellent stay!"

"The hotel was formerly the Board of Education. I like to see old buildings repurposed. However there are limits to what can be done to make the entire hotel functional. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and exercise room were better than most other hotels in this type of hotels. It worked out for the activities we had planned."

We were pleasantly surprised at how many amenities this hotel had, and it seemed like they were embracing the service skills from 10 years ago. "The hotel is well located in downtown Cleveland. Close to everything you need and convenient to the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame. The restaurant is excellent fresh food creative recipes. The bar staff is super friendly. The rooms are small, but well appointed offering comfortable beds, and appointed bathrooms. I recommend."

There a ton of choices to eat lunch or dinner nearby and you are literally a block away from Rocket Arena. The room was spacious and clean. If I ever travel back to Cleveland to attend an event at Rocket Arena I would not hesitate to stay here again."
