"The 3 Peaks was a wonderful little place for my stay in South Lake Tahoe. It was well maintained and very cozy. The staff was friendly and happy to help with any questions we had. The location of 3 Peaks is excellent with a short 2 minute walk to a private beach that has access to watercraft rentals as well as a short few minute walk to Heavenly Village and the casinos. I will definitely be returning to the 3 Peaks. Side note: the private beach does require you to get a voucher from your hotel...
