"The unit was near a subway station, a market and two convenience stores which made breakfasts easy. Getting to susukino is a bit of a trek but if you’re from a big city this should not be new. Take into account travel time and take taxis where subways cannot reasonably take you. The kitchen was bare-bones but enough for temporary use. There are two dining chairs that are wobbly and need fixing. Otherwise the unit was fine to stay in for our purposes. "

"Nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Had all amenities our family of 6 needed. A little tight for 6 adults, but would work for 4 adults and 2 children well. Nice to have a Seicomart on the bottom of the building. Walkable to Tozai Subway Line which will get you most anywhere you need to get to in Sapporo."

"Located in a residential district with narrow streets and no sidewalks. The parking is two short blocks away at a commercial lot without in/out privileges. Costco Hiroshima is in walking distance. Overall, we liked the nontouristy experience. The air conditioning worked very well. The beds were comfortable. "

"The hotel is located close to many shopping areas, JR station. The service was great, all staff were very polite. The breakfast was so good with many varied food from Hokkaido. The taste was so good. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I recommend this hotel."

"The room was spacious, everything was clean and nicely arranged. They have heater inside the room and heating was decent. All the stuff was so nice and amicable. They provided a lego set for my kid to play. Even the breakfast was also delicious and almost everything was cooked by themselves. We felt like staying at our home."

"After multiple phone calls the hotel never picked up, or responded to the WhatsApp number. This was particularly annoying because they never sent us the room code leaving us unable to get into the room for over two hours. Once they called us back we were able to get into the room, which clean and exactly as advertised. "

"We stayed in premier hotel towards the end of our trip. And it was excellent, massive room with an amazing view of river, Lawson was right next to the hotel and only 10 mins walk to the city. I’d highly recommend this for a nice relaxing time in Sapporo."

"Very clean and nice hotel. Friendly staff. Convenient location next to Nakajima Park, with playground and a children centre for kids. A few minutes walk towards the direction of Susukino have numerous good restaurant choices."

"Room was clean. Old decor, carpets, and bathroom reflects age of the hotel. No gym. Only a paid TV looks like system from 90s or 80s. Otherwise service and staff were good. The best part about is the location next to the subway station and the park."
