"Very convenient for baseball games at Sajik. Limited English at the front desk but still pleasurable interactions. Have stayed here twice and was able to check in early both times. Free laundry is a plus."

"Second time staying at this hotel and very satisfied again. Once with 2 friends in March 2024 (3 nights) and again October 2026 (1 night) with my partner while passing through Busan. Good, modern and spacious rooms, near public transportation (City Hall Metro Station and several bus lines). Would definitely stay here again."

"I had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it to other travelers. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. One of the biggest advantages was the location. The front desk associate that works the night was very helpful, and went above and beyond with our questionable and concerns and more! We were struggling, and she helped with our basic questions to helping us with laundry, booking a taxi to the airport, and helping us our issue with the door! 5 stars!!! "

"My wife and I stayed at this property for 20 nights and had a pretty good stay. The front staff speak English well enough for clear check in and interactions. They are friendly and always open to providing assistance. They provide free water and other drinks in the lounge area. The studio was mostly clean with some dust in the unused AC and bathroom door hinge that should have been cleaned first. My wife also detected a smell in the bathroom that was possibly in the grout and was cleaned in...
