"Everything about Serenity Lakeside Resort was wonderful. The pool was great, our room was great, the staff were kind and attentive. I have nothing but good things to say about Serenity. We can't wait to book with them again."

"Bed is too hard. Aircon gave moldy smell. Shower and toilet is good. Good front desk. Room is big. Nice view. Cheaper price than others."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful when needed. Only downside was the spa was booked up but that’s not their fault; however, the hospitality was incredible. Will be considering staying here during my next Thailand trip."

"it was convenient as they have a shuttle service that brings you to Patong where there are many restaurants. Breakfast spread was also very good and wide. Rooms that we stayed in was also very spacious and we also discovered that his hotel tend to attract more middle eastern and Indian traveller which did not affect us. Just an observation."

"Clean and comfortable with nice view."

"The breakfast buffet is extensive, the staff were friendly, kind and welcoming. It was great being a bit out from Central Patong (2kms) and having Kalim beach just a walk away. "

"The staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay there. However they need to update their expedia site to indicate that there was no airport shuttle service provided. Also we were given the wrong room upon check-in."

"The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything stayed fresh and comfortable. The staff were consistently polite, welcoming, and eager to help, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful place to unwind after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the pool—truly a relaxing spot to take in the surroundings. I would highly recommend booking a...

"Fantastiskt boende. Barnen fick eget rum. Dubbla ac. Underbar utsikt mot havet. Bra fräsch pool med djup del. Det är en bit ner till staden och stranden, men var ett perfekt boende för oss. Det bästa under vår resa summerar jag det som."

"The staff at Kamala are lovely and helpful. The views from balcony amazing and big aircon villa for low price. The sheets needed changing though which they were happy to do and there was no hand soap but they provided everything else wonderfully. I would stay again. There was no food provided and none close by but they were happy to give me a lift any where and airport pick up. renovations could be heard but still Good value for price."

"Amazing hotel in Patong. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Staff are amazing!"

"The sea facing jacuzzi room was really good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The ambience was great and relaxing, for example, the indoor waterfall."

"This is my second stay at Ocean Rock Kalim. If you are looking for a cozy stay with amazing ocean view at Phuket, it is the best choice. "

"Lovely stay at the sky view. All the staff were incredibly polite. All areas well maintained. The breakfast is the nicest breakfast we’ve had on a holiday. Having a buffet aswell as the option to choose of a menu was good. The attention to detail with all the food served was fantastic, The Massaman curry was delicious. Easily one of the best meals we had whilst exploring Thailand. That hill from the bottom to the top thou.. calves will burn.. but a great way to burn those extra food calories...

"Nice stay. Clean. Quick response from staff. Good A/C. The only small negative was the inconsistency of hot water delivery from the shower, requiring frequent adjustments."

"Estadia incrível, equipe cordial e solicita, nota 100"
