"Room was clean hotel was very friendly "

"Staff was super friendly and helpful when needed. Only downside was the spa was booked up but that’s not their fault; however, the hospitality was incredible. Will be considering staying here during my next Thailand trip."

"Loved the breakfast! They had and assortment of dishes. Location was awesome, walkable to central patong and bangla road. It was good price!"

"The resort and staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough to help us. Lovely location setting, peaceful and away from Phuket which is lovely. Buys are very loud but that doesn’t take away from the fact that we had a great stay!"

"Breakfast and staff was wonderful."

"Hyvä palvelu ja siisti huone "

"Nice place to stay, central "

"Lovely stay at the sky view. All the staff were incredibly polite. All areas well maintained. The breakfast is the nicest breakfast we’ve had on a holiday. Having a buffet aswell as the option to choose of a menu was good. The attention to detail with all the food served was fantastic, The Massaman curry was delicious. Easily one of the best meals we had whilst exploring Thailand. That hill from the bottom to the top thou.. calves will burn.. but a great way to burn those extra food calories...

"We loved the location of the hotel -close to kosher restaurants and Chabad house, the pool and pool bar where amazing , very kids friendly hotel."

"Everything about Serenity Lakeside Resort was wonderful. The pool was great, our room was great, the staff were kind and attentive. I have nothing but good things to say about Serenity. We can't wait to book with them again."

"Nice stay. Clean. Quick response from staff. Good A/C. The only small negative was the inconsistency of hot water delivery from the shower, requiring frequent adjustments."

"The hotel is a really great find gorgeous the price. The pool area with a swim up bar is excellent."

"Fantastiskt boende. Barnen fick eget rum. Dubbla ac. Underbar utsikt mot havet. Bra fräsch pool med djup del. Det är en bit ner till staden och stranden, men var ett perfekt boende för oss. Det bästa under vår resa summerar jag det som."

"Super nice staff. Great room too!"

"God valuta for prisen! Stille og fredelig!"
