"This was a great apartment in a really nice area. We always felt safe, even during late nights and early mornings. There are multiple restaurants and bars in the area (Including attached to the main lobby.) They offer a limited breakfast every day but Sun but there were multiple street vendor options near-by to start your day as well. The separate living area was great for our week long stay. Only suggestions are: 1. Maybe leave a laundry pod or soap for guest. 2. More than one bath towel per...

"Pros: 1. Good location on relatively quiet green street. 2. Spacious and new unit. 3. Relatively affordable. Cons: 1. Soundproofing is very bad. It feels like there is no walls between units. 2. Door knob was missing in the bathroom (?). 3. Communication was an issue. For some reason I could not respond to the messages from the property manager received trough Expedia. "
