"I'm afraid Boulder Lodge is taking advantage of its impressive lake views to charge a bit more than is justified. It's the little things: tv not working (intermittent), 3 out of 5 door locks broken, hothouse temperature on 3rd floor. Parking was a minor hassle. WiFi was all but unusable (easily overcome with minor equipment additions). These are things that should be taken care of before they demand a $200+ room charge. "This was a fabulous place to stay! The staff, especially Joy, were super helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and areas of interest. Each condo, I understand, is individually owned, but the one we stayed in was lovely, clean, and comfortable. Juniper Springs is centrally located and makes it easy to get to all of the lakes and areas around Mammoth. The only thing is there is no air conditioning, but the resort provides fans, and with ceiling fans, and leaving the windows...
