"Stayed here 3 times. Good standard. Doors are noisy. If you book here, ask for room 2 or 3. If you dont, you will be by the kitchen. That door never closes quietly, folk dont switch on extractor fan, & your room will smell."

"Check in on kiosk was easy. This is a very large, modern, and busy hotel. There is a bar and restaurant. There is a gym. Location was great...a block from London Eye and the Thames. The Big Bus tour had a pick up right by hotel."
