"We always stay at the residence inn when visiting Buffalo. It is an extremely spacious room with a full refrigerator and lots of space to relax outside of the bed area. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the free self parking is s great asset. The room cost is also very competitive based on the room amenities. We will continue to stay at the residence inn any time we are in Buffalo. "

The hotel isn't "downtown", but it's central, around the corner from the AKG Art Museum and adjacent Elmwood Ave nightlife and restaurants.
