"Perfect hotel for a long weekend. Great location and wonderful staff."

"Deans Court is located in the centre of York itself and is handy to everything such as a wide choice of dining and entertainment as well as sightseeing. Rooms are a quirky shape as often found with older buildings but very clean and comfortable. Parking is valet which is great as streets in York can be confusing and walking is often quicker. Breakfast which was delicious was a mixture of continental buffet style items with cooked items available to order."

"Great hotel and well positioned. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Some hotel parking nearby."

"Lovely 2 night stay. We were kept informed about reception being closed when we arrived and given clear instructions. Very friendly staff and really good breakfast. Our room was very nice, could do with a freshen up as the walls and carpet had a few marks, but it was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Great stay at the Guy Fawkes Inn. Lovely big room with an enormous bathroom. Only downside was it was a little noisy from the pub courtyard and the kitchen fan's, but didn't spoil our evening. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent."

"Extremely helpful front desk staff."
