Celebrating the music, food, and art of the rural South, the House of Blues showcases live acts playing blues, gospel, jazz, and rock 'n' roll. There are 12 House of Blues venues across the US, each with a metal box under the stage filled with Mississippi Delta mud, to ensure artists have the roots of the South beneath their feet. The venue is located at Barefoot Landing, North Myrtle Beach, a relaxed shopping and entertainment complex beside the Intracoastal Waterway. Myrtle Beach is one of the busiest tourist locations in America, with 60 miles of beaches and a subtropical climate.
