The breakfast is delicious although if I had to fault one thing it would be I could do with a stronger coffee in the morning. The beds are super comfortable. "Ruby Lucy is in a great location, lots of amenities and restaurants right at your door, and Waterloo station a few mins walk away. The hotel is adorable and quirky. The shared tea/coffee station on each floor is far better than the 1 or 2 tea bags you normally get. I would definitely make this my go-to London hotel!"

"Having read some negative reviews, I was slightly worried about door codes, broken blinds, etc. However, it couldn't have been easier than the codes delivered promptly, clear directions, lift up, easy access to the room and everything I could need for a short stay whilst my husband was in the hospital. The air conditioning was lovely on such a hot day. The location was excellent. Would stay again!"
