"Staff was great - very helpful. Room was clean. AC was nice, shower was nice. But lots of light crept through the door, so it was hard to have a really dark room. The shower also smelled like sewage when I checked in, initially; in the morning it was fine. There was also some sound coming from the window...which led to a kind of inner passageway where many of the windows faced. All night there was some kind of loud sound, like a donkey. Very annoying. "The Hotel was situated on a quiet area but very centre. The Metro Station was five minutes walk. I could not find any faults with this Hotel, the rooms were very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay at this Hotel when visiting Lisbon again. "
