"The unit is old and dated. The bed was hard and sheets were scratchy. There weren’t enough covers on the bed either. I liked this unit having a dog. Easy to get in and out. "
"They change us from the plaza to condos called evergreen. It was dated. Coffee or leaked dishwasher didn’t work properly. And there was a fake fireplace instead of a real one "

"We arrived at the check-in time of 4 pm and were told the condo wasn't ready, with no estimate of when it would be ready. Ultimately, we were not able to check in until 7 pm! That was very poor service and unacceptable. Think how ridiculous that is!
The description of our unit said that there is no elevator. However, we weren't expecting the unit to be four floors up. Beware that when combined with our three-level condo, the master bedroom was six floors up! We were definitely huffing and puffing. If climbing stairs at altitude is for you, then don't rent this condo.
The unit is nice, but has a lot of maintenance issues. There are multiple things that need maintenance. It's clear that the owners/managers are not maintaining the unit properly. I could have tried calling in the list of maintenance items, but I didn't care to have repairmen running around during our visit (should that actually happen!). Most maintenance items are obvious and the owners/managers should be fixing these things in between renters."
