Renowned as the cultural hub of of upstate New York and beyond, Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) is a large amphitheater located in Saratoga Springs, New York, within the grounds of Saratoga Spa State Park. It is the official summer home of the New York City Ballet and the Philadelphia Orchestra, both of which are in residence for 2 or 3 weeks during the summer. SPAC also hosts chamber music, jazz, rock and pop concerts, opera, and the Saratoga Wine & Food Festival, as well as overseeing the National Museum of Dance.

How to get to Saratoga Performing Arts Center

To drive to the amphitheater, take Interstate 87 and come off at Exit 13N (Saratoga), then follow Route 9 North and follow signs to the entrance of Saratoga Spa State Park. For public transport, the best connections are in the nearby Saratoga Springs town. There’s an Amtrak service as well as the Saratoga and North Creek Railroad from the Saratoga Springs Amtrak station. The Greyhound bus services stops in the town, while Megabus services from New York City stop at the Saratoga Raceway Casino. Albany International Airport is 27 miles away.
